ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL

When processing with your order, the estimated time of arrival is depended on two factors:

Handling time:

This is the time between when you place your order and when it is prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier. Handling time typically ranges from 2 to 4 business days, depending on the product type:

  • Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Ladies' T-Shirts, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Mugs: 1–3 business days

Transit Time:

For U.S. orders, we work with multiple carriers depending on the delivery location. Our primary carriers include DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS. Most packages are ultimately delivered through the USPS local post office system, with an average transit time of 5 to 7 business days.

For international orders, shipments are sent via DHL eCommerce and handed off to the local postal service in the destination country. The average shipping time for international deliveries is 20 to 25 business days.

NOTE:

  • Customers acknowledge and agree that the delivery times provided are estimates and may vary under certain circumstances.
  • Orders will only be processed if a correct shipping address is provided. Incomplete or invalid addresses may result in delays in order processing. We recommend double-checking your information at checkout.. 
  • All shipments include a tracking link, so you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.

SHIPPING RATE

The shipping fee for the first item is $4.99. An additional charge of $2.50 will apply for each item beyond the first in an order with two or more items.

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS

We verify all shipping addresses before processing orders using USPS address validation data. If an address is found to be invalid or missing essential information, your order will be placed on hold until we receive confirmation from you. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any issues regarding your shipping address will be communicated via the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure all delivery details are accurate and double-check your information before completing your purchase.

Important: Packages cannot be delivered to invalid addresses and will be returned to us. In such cases, we do not offer re-shipping, as all payments are one-time transactions, and we do not retain payment information to charge for reshipment.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

Our company is committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, we understand that unexpected delays can occur, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Please note that delays may result from:

  • Supplier or carrier issues beyond our control

  • Increased shipping volumes during holidays

  • Customs clearance procedures for international orders

We’re always here to support you and will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.

ITEM NOT RECEIVE

If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and you have not yet received your order, please follow these steps:

  • First, check the shipment status using the tracking link we provided.
    • If the tracking status indicates "delivered," please check your mailbox and any locations where the mail carrier may have left your package.
    • If you still cannot find it, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
    • If the tracking status shows that the package is still in transit, kindly wait an additional 2-3 days before contacting us.
    • If you missed the delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a pickup or schedule a re-delivery.
  • For US orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered and more than 20 days have passed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
  • For international orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered and more than 35 days have elapsed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
